I have completed 30 years 17 days service in the Army Service Corps (Supply) and retired on 30 Apr 2010 (AN). My PPO No is S/021081/2010 (Army) dated 08 April 2010.Why a sub of same group, who has retired during the year 2011 and 2012 is getting more pension compared with 2010 retirement like me ? Please rectify the above observation and reply me accordingly.

1. Ex JC-202637M Ex Sub/(PA)/Hony SUB MAJ, This is to inform you that I have retired on 31 Jan 1999 (AN) as Substantive Subedar and confirmed Hony Sub Major on 26 Jan 2000. At the time of my retirement I was in Med Category BEE (P) and subsequently granted 50% of Disability Pension wef 01 Jan 2000 and later confirmed the same percentage till my life.
2. Vide PCDA (P) Circular No 456 dated 18 Mar 2011, Disability Pension was fixed based on Pay Group. My Pay Group during my Army Service was X Group and the minimum Disability Pension (30% of Rs 17300/-) is Rs 5190/-. Since I am drawing 50% Disability Pension, I am eligible 50% of Rs 5190/- (Rs 2595/-) and not Rs 2385/- as informed vide PCDA (P) Corr PPO D/CORR/0571 dated 22 May 2012 and your letter No JC 202637/Pen/Disb/T-1 dated 29 May 2012. You are requested to take up my appeal to PCDA(P) and issue suitable Fresh Corr PPO for my Disability Pension.
3. It is also informed that at present I am getting Disability Pension of Rs 2595/- as intimated you letter 14 ct 2011. You are also requested to inform my PDA (Indian Bank Salem) not to take action on the Corr PPO dated 22 May 2012.

I, No 6382800M Ex Hav/CGD Sirigineedi Ranga Rao have retired from service on 01 Dec 2010. I have been promoted to the rank of ACP Nb Sub Wef 25 Nov 2010 before retirement from service. The Govt of India has issued instructions vide their letter No 14 (1)/99-D (AG) dt 30 May 2011 to pay the pay & allowance in the rank of ACP Nb Sub.
2, As per the policy on the subject my Service pension, Disability Pension, Leave Encashment, Service Gratuity, & Commutation Value should be paid to me in the rank of ACP Nb Sub wef 25 Nov 2010. Even after issued several letters to you no reply has been issued even after lapse of 06 months. Being low medical category person I have not yet been getting any civil job and facing lot of financial problems/hardship in educating my children and maintaining the family.
3. In case you are already taken up case with CDA (P) Allahabad alongwith new LPC (Last Pay Certificate in the rank of ACP Nb Sub), kindly endorse a copy to me at the earliest.

I am JC-641275A Sub/Clk Shailender Kumar retired from Army service on 30 Jan 2008. Recently I have received to installment of arrears from your office i.e. 119074/- and 57653/- respectively. Sir my Bankers SBI Shahadra is deducting Income tax Rs. 1312/-every month. When I contacted bankers they reply me that as per rule we will deduct this amount every month which I not under stand. Please let me know what is rule because this is my pension arrears and as per my knowledge there is no rule to deduct income tax from pension arrears and oblige.

Later I have submitted the application form along with the joint photograph with my spouse, smt. Indira Devi. I believe this forms were submitted through the pension disbursing Treasury, Pattambi, Palakkad, Kerala. Now Iam drawing my pension from Canara Bank Cherpulassery, Kerala and my PPO NO. is S/41208/77.Now let me put my grievance as below.
The Bank is now informing me that there is no record of my spouse like name. age or joint photographs held in bank records. They are advising me to provide all these details at the earliest. Sir
