My husband No 6573019 Nk Late Shriram Gangaram Bhandirge was enrolled in the core of ASC on 02 Aug 1949, he was discharged on 20 Feb 1968. His Date of Birth is 05 May 1938. He had completed 17 years and 07 months service which rounded off to 18 years of service. He expired on 20 Dec 2014. Now, I am getting pension Rs 7, 800/- per month including basic 3, 500/- plus 113% DA and medical allowances. As per circular No 502 of CDA Allahabad dated 13 Jan 2013, I must get my enhanced family pension as per table attached with the circular i.e Rs 5, 291/- plus 113% and medical allowances. I am getting 3, 956 /- less pension per month. Even after my application several times to CPPC, SBI, Mumbaii I am not being paid my rightfull pension yet. My saving Bank Account No is:[protected]. As per my revised PPO No. S/CORR/210656/2009, my residual pension has been fixed for Rs 5498/- and am getting Rs 9547/- wef 01 Jan 2010. I was on discharged from service on 31 Dec 07 and my effective date of revised pension will be wef 01 Jan 08 or Jan 10, please tell me. If it is from 01 Jan 08, then I am eligible for arrears of revision pension. Kindly elucidate.
