[Resolved] Ashok Reddy — House rent deposit not returned

I have paid an amount of Rs.20500 to Mr. Ashok reddy, unfortunately I could occupy the house he was suppose to return the amount after 2 months, after lapsing of 6 months he did not return my amount
Dear Sir,
I too want to know where can I complain? My owner has to give me back Rs.13500 from the deposit of 21, 000 after deduction.As a good will I gave him the keys as I vacated the house.
Now he is saying that I have a due of Rs.9000 to be paid. When asked why, he says I have not paid him rent and maintenence. I have all the bank account transfers details I have done.
I sent him several mails but he does not respond. He says he does not have time and sometimes also accuses me saying that I left the house without giving him 1-months notice.
He is a fraud and he is cheating me. I left the house on 28th August and gave the notice orally on the phone on 7th of August. I told him that 8th will be my last day.He had agreed that time and even said even 15 days notice is okay for him but now he is saying that I have to pay him till 30th of september.
Kindly advice me what to do. He has got atleast two buildings rented out but still loots and cheats innocent person like us.
I have stayed in this house for 13 months in Gurgoan.
I want to go to any extent to punish such uncultured educated theifs.
