[Resolved]  Ashtavinayak Auto - Goregaon West Chevrolet Dealer — Bunch o[censored]nprofessional guys and Cheaters

Bought Chevrolet Beat LT from Ashtavinayak Auto, Goregoan West, Mumbai in May 2010. Paid full cash and also bought CPCO service by paying Rs 13500 cash. The car was supposed to be delivered in a week’s time as promised by the dumb sales rep called Shyam and another dumber boss of his called Jeetu. Car got delayed by 15 days and got delivery. The CPCO service booklet was promised in a month’s time. Gave them 2 months and been following up with Shyam, Jeetu and their admin staff called Poonam. Each time I call they promise it will reach me in a week’s time. Now from May 2010 till now which is 9th Feb not got the CPCO service booklet after paying them cash. After giving up on these junior jokers I though I should follow up with somebody senior in Ashtavinayak Auto. So I called Siddesh Marate, supposed to be heading the sales dept. After several calls, he picked up my phone and I explained him my problem. He said he will look into this as CPCO does not get delayed at all. Now its more than a week passed called Siddesh but he doesn’t pick up his phone or cuts my phone. I have never seen such useless and unprofessional bunch of jokers working in a dealer. I can foresee the future of GM and Chevrolet after meeting these kind o[censored]nprofessional people and the dealer Chevrolet has. I took it as an aim to tell 10 people daily about my incident so people shouldn’t buy Chevrolet cars and specially from Ashtavinayak Auto Goregoan West.
