Hi Team,
I went to SVR MOTORS Chennai service center last month for general service and installation of new inter cooler hose in my car. I have ordered it same service center and they installed it.

Within 20 days of time the inter cooler hose pipe got broken and we went to service center and explained the issue for assistance and exchange the pipe again. And they is a person who taken care of billing had a bad conversation with us like shouting and saying that they are not gods to check the block inside the pipe and forcing us to pay amount for new pipe.

Hi I am Sunil Paul, I am one of the started model owner of chevrolet beat petrol in kerala, kochi also a believer that chevrolet is good car for my family, but today I very unsatisfied that your company discontinued in india. My vehicle's reselling value all are decreased, because of all peoples around speaking about that the parts and service will not available in India... And also It's huge amount of parts I faced during these months... Can you please at least decrease the parts amount for discontinued models, because the car have no market value, but the parts in huge amount will not satisfied for us. Please.

My brother bought a pre owned Chevrolet beat diesel LT from a dealer in mangalore (model - 2012). After one month not even driving for 150km, there was a sudden brake failure on road when my brother was driving it. My parents were also inside car. He quickly used engine braking technique and stopped the car. There was a possibility of fatal consequences. Who is responsible to repair this now? The dealer from whom we bought the car or Chevrolet india itself?
And also next month after this incident the car is not starting. My brother tried for few times and days to start, but still no luck.
I need these 2 issues to be resolved by either Chevrolet or the dealer(whoever is responsible) soon.

I 'Jitendra Singh ' with vehicle number UP32DW3660 of Chevrolet BEAT 2011 model has a complain against the service offered to us here in Lucknow, UP, India.
The vehicle was perfectly fine but suddenly started releasing hell lot of black combusion gas for which we took it to the Megha Auto Service Centre, Kursi Road, Lucknow. The service center after inspection of the car claimed to change the Turbo of the car with an estimated amount of Rs 25000 to resolve the gas issue and charged Rs 5000 as an advance but later after 15-20 days when we went to take our car back, we saw that our car was in tremendous condition. The car had dents and scratches. The car was still releasing gas after changing the Turbo and now they claimed to change the Engine to resolve the issue for which they further asked Rs 50000 . As it was a huge amount for us and the issue wasn't resolved yet we wanted our car back in the same condition in which we left with the same old Turbo. But now they dont intend to return back the car without charging Rs 3000 for doing nothing. Further, they have removed the engine oil and coolant from the vehicle. The person name is Vishal .

I have lodged a complaint against r n chevrolet, sector 53, gurgaon, haryana in the month of january 2020 and i would like to know what action was taken against them.

I had given my car for repairing and servicing.

They said ecu unit of my car is damaged due to some mistake from there staff and then they repaired it.

Till now, i am facing hell lot of problem in my car.

They kept my vehicle for 6 days.

First, they said it's battery issue then they said it might be starter issue then they said it might be fuel pump issue.

Charged me almost 8000 bucks and told me that there was some wiring issue in the car and they made the bill of 3500 for wiring even without my consent.

When i went service center to take my vehicle, owner and the executive over there misbehaved with me and abused me.

Even cctv cameras are also not installed over there.

Check the reviews of this so called service center on google, you will get to know.

How can you give authorization to such service center's??

I had paid 8000 as vasooli and my car is still giving me the same issue.

I am going to court now and i will wrap around the car and aware the people of ncr, what kind of scam chevrolet is doing now a days after the shut down of sales in india.
