[Resolved]  ATM — ATM Complaints - cash not received from atm

i have tried to withdraw rs.2000 from State bank ATM, but i was not received money from ATM, but same 2000 was debited in my account and again early day i have tried to withdraw rs.2000 from State bank ATM, but i was not received money from ATM, but same 2000 was debited in my account

I have lounched the compliant to my Saving bank customer care. They said will advice the status after 12 working days.

Any one please advice what kind of action to be taken for this issue. i seen more peoples are facing same issue in india..

actually i m frm gwl, but now a days i m in delhi,
Yesterday 31-03-10, i have tried to withdraw rs.1000 from other bank (IDBI) ATM, but i was not received money from ATM, but same 1000 was debited in my account

I have lounched the compliant to my Saving bank customer care. They said will advice the status after 12 working days.
