          Dear sir, i yogenrda singh holding account no [protected] o[censored]nion bank of india, saidpur jagir, 60 feet road, jankipuram vistar, lucknow make atm widhrawal from your atm for rs 9000/- twice on 21 aug 2019 vide txn no atm[protected]/[protected]/[protected] and atm[protected]/[protected]/[protected]. The sum of rs 9000/- vide txn no [protected]/[protected]/[protected] was reversed on the same day. But the sum of rs 9000/- vide txn no atm[protected]/[protected]/[protected] dated 21 aug 2019 was neither dispensed nor reversed to my sb acct so far.

          You are kindly requested reverse the sum of rs 9000/- vide txn no atm[protected]/[protected]/[protected] dated 21 aug 2019 at the earliest.

              When i use my atm debit card for withdrawing 10000 money on 3.7.2019 at canera bank atm, atm located at rajgir, bihar
              Atm automatically power off and money not came out when i still stand there and after some time atm gets started but amount not received & amount has benn deducted from my sbi bank.

              When i complete to sbi he say your money returned in 7 working days but time is over

              Now, please help me to solve this...

                    On 28th december i tried to withraw 1000 rupees from corp bank atm meerabagh money deducted till today money have not got reversed. I use andhra bank debit card. It been almost 17 days i also sent an email to andhra bank but i have not got reply from them for a very long time. The andhra bank service is very bad their customer care does not work.

                            This refers mentioned subject problem while using Indian Overseas Bank atm located in Coimbatore, Railway junction, it happened on 04.12.2008, as I gone for withdrawl of of Rs 3000, transaction was unsuccessful so I did not get the money for that transaction but a sum of Rs. 3000/- found transaction effected on the same day when I visited IOB branch .

                            The corresponding complaint has already been logged to Indian Overseas Bank Coimbatore, court branch, requested to resolve the issue &arrange to return the sum of 3000/- to my IOB I bank saving account no.- 20400 .

                            I have a saving A/C with ICICI bank and when i tried to take out the cash from the deutsche bank the currency was badly stuck and the cash was not dispensed and the money went back inside the machine and then i called up the ICICI bandk but they said i t will take 40-45days to reverse the charges, which is indeed not acceptable coz i have to pay my bills and make lote of payments .

                            I went to an hsbc atm at Savitri Cinema, New Delhi. I used my credit card. I received a receipt slip but not money. It was unclear what had happen. I called various numbers given to me, but they did not provide helpful information. Finally a lady asked for my credit card number, but finally said I can not help you, you will have to call our bank in USA.

                            All I wanted to know was if the ATM debited my card or not. She could not give me any help on what happened at the ATM. I could not understand why she took my card number when I told her plainly who I was and that I had a foreign account with another bank. Anyway the ATM referane number is A857-3018, and the date is 12 Jan. 2009 and the Transation was CWD for 12000 rupees and the note was to contact the bank, which was timely and no help.

Thereafter, i received a SMS from the bank that the aforesaid amount had been deducted my account. As i have not received any payment from the ATM, after waiting some time, i have complaint to the bank on 17.07.2018 for non-receiving of above said amount, On 18.07.2018, I received back my Rs.4, 000/- . Rest, i have not yet received my Rs.25, 000/-. i went to bank many time but nothing has been done, even i have gone to next level complaint which was advised by the bank, but nothing has been received back from the Bank.
                            Again on 23.07.2018, an amount of Rs.11, 000/- (Rs.5, 000/-+3, 000/-+3000/-) have been withdrawn from Citi Bank ATM Rs.5, 000/- and Kotok Mahindra Bank ATM of Rs.3, 000/-+3000/- at Ashirwad Chowk, Dwarka New Delhi-110075, had also been stuck, showing the same remark (indispense). Thereafter, i received a SMS from the bank that the aforesaid amount of Rs.11, 000/- (Rs.5, 000/-+3, 000/-+3000/-) had been deducted my account. As i have not received any payment from the ATM, after waiting some time, i have complaint to the bank on 14.08.2018 for non-receiving of above said amount. I went to bank many time but nothing has been done, even i have gone to next level complaint which was advised by the bank, but nothing has been received back from the Bank.
                            I request you to please look into the matter, kindly arrange for reversal of Rs.36, 000/- transactions. regards,

                                I have S.B.Account No [protected] with Corporation Bank, sector-7, rohini , delhi -110085 On 04 th October I used the ATM card of this account at Punjab national bank ATM. I opted for withdrawal of Rs6000 /-. For some time there was display " The process is going on". After that there was a message that the time of the process is over, And no money was received. I tried once again with the same result. Then I came to Corporation Bank's ATM and tried to know my balance and it was a shock for me that the said sum of Rs6000.00/- has been debited to my account while i had not received any money.
                                I lodged a written complaint in this regard at Corporation Bank, Branch sector -7, rohini . I was told that it will take about one week to solve the problem. I regret to see that till date i have not got the balance which was erroneously debited to my said account.
                                They advised me that it will take about 7 days
                                Till date I am waiting for my money. today i have not received the money . And i have need a money

                                I shall be obliged, if You people may please do something in this matter.

                                    My son struck in a big problem when he got in a ICICI BANK ATM near to my place to withdraw some cash but cash got struck in the machine and didn't come out of the machine, The amount was of Rs. 10,000 . However, the receipt which came out of the ATM shows deduction of balance of RS. 10,000. The account balance before transaction took place was Rs. 83,732.91 and total available balance after the transaction was Rs. 73,732.91. Therefore, Rs.10,000 has been deducted from my account No. [protected] Syndicate Bank but the amount was not received by me. For your record, I hereby mention that the incident took place Wednesday, August 01, 2012 and the time was 7:32 P.M at Lawrence Road C-7 Market ICICI ATM. . I have also attached the scan of the receipt of transaction which took place at ICICI BANK ATM.

                                    I also would like to mention that when I was making transaction the technical staff was already in inner side in the back space available in the ATM. When I brought the same in their notice they said that we shall received our money in few days thereafter they put the shutter down. After some time when they opened the shutter than we make another transaction of Rs. 5000/- where we got encashed the amount as usually.

                                    You are requested to look into the matter seriously and arrange to credit the amount of Rs. 10,000/- immediately in my account No. [protected] Syndicate Bank East Patel Nagar Branch New Delhi-8

                                    The letter has already been sent at email id of the syndicate Bank on 01.08.2012 but no response has been received till date.

                                          I am a retired Sr.Special Assistant from Chennai Rajaji Salai Branch during Aug.2010, holding Savings Bank Account No.[protected] at our Selaiyur branch where I live. On th 16th April 2012, I tried to withdraw a sum of Rs.35,000/- from the ATM at Chennai Main Branch. As I could withdraw only Rs.15,000/- ( @ Rs.5,000/- each ) due to service break down of the ATM, I rushed to the nearby other ATM at Z.O., campus and
                                          could withdraw only Rs.15,000/- ( Rs.10,000 + Rs.5,000/- ). The transaction which did not materialise was Rs.5,000/- on the terminal No.S10A[protected] bearing transaction No.0713 with the response code 0099. Immediately, I lodged a complaint on the NON RECEIPT OF RS.5,000/- at Rajaji Salai branch and was advised that there was nobody to attend to but would be dealt with only after a week's time. Hence, I rushed to our Selaiyur branch on the next day, the 17th April 2012 and handed them over a copy of the complaint with copies of ATM slips and obtained Ticket No. AT[protected]. They promised me to look into the matter. I frequently get in touch with the Selaiyur branch,in person, but the result is in vain till date. As a matter of about more than 21 days time elapsed, I prefer to lodge this complaint to you sir. As per RBI instructions, the reversal of non receipt cash at ATMs has to be one within a weeks time, failing which, a sum of Rs.100/- per day from the date of lodging complaint has to be paid to the account holder. I shall be glad if you will please look into the matter and afford the legitimate claim at your earliest.

                                          While I am drawing cash from ICICI bank ATM (bearing ATM No.3333) at Keonjhar (Orissa) on 25.10.08, due to some technical or server problem (shown in ATM monitor) cash was not delivered to me but the amount is debited from A/c. Rs.10, 020/-.
                                          As per banking rules I have lodged a complain in my mother branch Sector-1, Rourkela on 29.10.08, after that I have visited 8 or more times to the branch to know the status but I have not get any response.
                                          Further informing you that I have personally visited to ICICI bank & collect the E.O.D. report of that day & same was submitted at Sector-1, Rourkela branch, but till now there is no reversal of amount made in my A/c.

I had compaint about this on 25 aug 2010,the compaint no was 33792432.after too manycompaints pnb gave rs2500 in my acount,but after some time they have taken away thesame amount (rs 2500) again from the account.

                                                  we had complaint many time about this but ho help is coming from any where,around 8 monts are about to paas but we have not get the full payment,i have visited kotak and pnb bank also,but no one is ready to help me.
                                                  because of this problem i want ur help and also the intrest on my lost money,and also the claim,because pnb should solve this thing in the period of 30 days but pnb are failed to do so.

The atm machine show timed out after that i am going SBI, Murali tower ATM, Bhilwara & withdraw 3000 cash but atm machine show balance insufficient i get mini statement i am surprise that the amount of 3000 is already debited my account.
                                                          Pls. credit same amount in my account & what is bank procedure i will doing for return money in my account.
