Sir,
I have the honour to state that I Shri Goutam Ghosal a account holder in your bank at Saktinagar branch, Krishnagar, Nadia, West Bengal. My account number is[protected] and ATM Card Number is[protected]. On 23rd September, 2010 at 11.53 AM I inserted my ATM Card in your ATM Counter, which is located at Alipour B. Bhawan 2nd to withdraw Rs. 5000/-. But after sometimes my ATM Card returned back from the ATM machine without money. Surprisingly as per record slip it was shown that there is written SORRY TO UNABLE TO PROCESS” and Response code is 079. Several times it was happened same things. But why it is happened I don’t understand.
So I therefore request you Kindly take necessary action in this regard so that I can withdraw money from my ATM Card.
