DEAR SIR, I WENT TO SBI ATM COUNTER TO WITHDRAW CASH ON SATTIGURI CHOWK, RAIGARH (C.G) ON 21.01.2012 AT 19:59. I PRESS THE BUTTON TO WITHDRAWN FOR RS.500. BUT AFTER THE TRANSACTION COMPLETE I GOT ONLY RS 300.BUT MY SBI SAVINGS ACCOUNT IS DEBITED BY RS. 500. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFULL. Sir,On 17.6.2011 I wanted to draw cash Rs.20,000 from SBI ATM Dondaparthi Branch, Visakhapatnam. While drawing Nos.20 Rs.500 rupee notes have come out from ATM machine. While holding I could hold only 31 notes only and the remaining notes 9 nos. worth Rs.4500 went inside the machine. Immediately I lodged a complaint in SBI, Maharanipet Branch, Visakhapatnam wherfe I had my SB account. The complaint was lodged and a number has come to my mobile bearing complaint No.AT[protected]. However I have not received my money so far inspite of my repeated requests and a long waiting.
I there request you to look into the matter and kindly credit my amount to my account No.[protected]
at the earliest possible.
