ATS SERVICES PVT LTD. — FUND HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED YET

SIR, with due respect i would like to inform you that i had submitted my application form for the provident fund on 20th feb.2008.unfortunately it has passed more than 40 days but i havent recieved any intimation yet which is contradictory to your terms and conditions.so i just wnat to know when the fund would be credited to my account and whether i would get any prior intimation about that.

I am Krishan Gopal I had droped my PF form to your wazirpur Delhi office on dated 16th Nov 2009 but till date no confirmation recd form your side about my PF (ACCOUNT NO. DL/23930/8796) and also
so many mail sent to south delhi ro but no reply recd

I have not recieved my fund yet.my A/C NO. is 23930/8796.the application had been submitted on 16th Nov 2009...
