[Resolved] Auto Rickshaw Complaint — Complaint against errant Auto Rickshaw driver | |||
I took an auto regn. no. : MH43 C 4957 from Coral Crest Nerul (East) in Navi Mumbai on Monday, March 29. On boarding the auto I told the auto driver that I need to go to Point B and back. He straight away refused and said I will just drop you there and not get you back. This was even if I paid him more. He further said that I cannot wait for such short distances. The general public rely on public transport for various reasons, a person may have to take his/her aged parent to the hospital, some one has to pick their child from the school, but these errant autorickshaw drivers now a days behave arbitarily as they feel like. The very idea o[censored]sing public transport gets wasted if the passengers needs are not met. They are very self centered and hence they dont want to ply short distances. They will go on a strike leaving passengers like you and me with no help on a sunny day. So I strongly urge the officials to take strict action against such errant auto drivers. auto no. mh-04-cw-5616 having electronics meter but this meter tempared after 1.km it has changed 12.00 to 13.50, and from 1.80km to 20.50, when i noticed to driver he told me that you complaint any where i am not bothered at all. see how they behave with tempered meter. it is too much so please lodge my complaint when ever you call me i will come and recongnised concern driver also.
