I was travelling from model colony to shivajinagar railway station early morning around 5:50 am on monday dated 27th jan 2020 to catch sinhagad express to mumbai. I was in hurry and stopped a auto and ask him to stop near an atm to withdraw cash, he purposely took long routs and charged rs.20 extra.

Request you to take action on such auto rickshaw drivers and penalize them for such incidences.

Rickshaw details: mh12 hc 5230 in which i was travelling.

I was looking for the auto from kasmere gate isbt to vijay nagar, north campus, delhi. This particular auto-rickshaw driver driving vehicle no - dl ir m9855 asked me to pay 120 rupees for this short journey which if calculated from meter will be not more than 60 rupees. So, he asked for double to what it takes for this journey. Further, when asked him to take me from meter, he first of all refused and then said that meter isn't working. Further, when i told him that i will complain against this sort of behaviour, he very rudely replied by saying that "do complain" (Specifically he said, "kar do jo karna hai"). This clearly suggests that this individual had no concern or fear from the legal authority. Infact, he didn't bother about it at all. While i being a regular traveller am aware about the rates, the new - comers to delhi have mostly fell prey to these kasmere gate isbt's hub of this overly charging and rude auto-wallas.

I boarded an auto-rickshaw at Baji Prabhu chowk auto stand in Dombivli east to go to Regency Estate, Dawdi village. The registration number of the auto is MH 05 S 5144. The driver refused to ply saying that this is not the stand for Regency Estate. Also he demanded me to pay 80 Rs. as fare in place of normal fare of Rs. 60. He did not budge even when I sai that I will file a complaint. Such arrogant driversshould be punished. I HOPE MYCOMPLAINT HERE WONT GO WASTE !!!

auto number AP 13X 8855 has a tampered meter i took an auto from sec bad to baghlingampally and his meter came Rs.60/- but when i went from baghlingampally to sec bad it jus costed me Rs.45/- and the auto from sec bad to baghlingampally spoke very rudely.... very ill mannered... pls i request the consumer forum to look after this issue........

The meter is fake and shows a deviation of 2 km at any time.
Also the driver argues that the meter is fine with the customer and lands into fight with the customer.

I need to complain against Rickshaw driver (MH[protected]. I boarded the rick from Borivali (West) Sai baba Nagar to Thakur college. The meter shown was 3.30 and the amount charged was Rs.41/-. The charge from Sai Baba Nagar to Thakur College is minimum Rs.33/- or Rs.35/-. The driver was not willing to charge the usual fare. Many rickshaw drivers charge according to their wishes. Some even charge Rs.45 to 49/-. They do some tactics with their meter, so that the meter runs very fast. Please look into it. They dupe the customers.

This is to inform you that I travel everyday from Kandivali - East to Chandivali (Andheri - East), the meter reading on an average is around 8.5 to 9.0 (around Rs110 to 115) but the mentioned auto rickshaw driver (MH-02-VA-4085) tried to charge me as per meter reading 11.0 (around Rs140) when I argued with him and warned him that I travel on this route everyday and am well aware about the fare, he admitted that the meter is tampered and settled for Rs110.
I don't understand that why do this rickshaw wala's show so much ATTITUDE:

1stly they behave rudely, most of them won't even stop to listen where we want to go. They just drive completely ignoring you.

2ndly if you ask them for a nearby location they just don't agree to go thr

3rdly they have recently increased there fare which have burned the pockets of daily travelers who commute such long distance

& above all this almost everyday I have an argument with the Rickshaw wala for METER TAMPERING!!!

HOW CAN WE STOP THIS????????????

I want to bring it to your notice about a rowdy who assaulted a Truck driver Opposite to Manhattan office building without any provocation today 23 June 2010 at about 3:30 PM.

The Autodriver first abused the Truck driver with the choicest words even though it was the auto driver who blocked the truck on purpose. The auto driver was not even wearing the Uniform which he is supposed to be wearing. Then after abusing he took out an Iron Rod and pulled open the door of the truck and hit the truck driver with the rod. Is he supposed to even carry a iron rod in the auto? The Auto number is KA 02 AA 5217.

I took an auto regn. no. : MH43 C 4957 from Coral Crest Nerul (East) in Navi Mumbai on Monday, March 29. On boarding the auto I told the auto driver that I need to go to Point B and back. He straight away refused and said I will just drop you there and not get you back. This was even if I paid him more. He further said that I cannot wait for such short distances.

I TRAVELLED FROM VARTAK NAGAR TO GODHBUNDER RD - HIRANANDANI ESTATE. AT 1:00 AM NORMALLY WITH NIGHT CHARGE IT IS 75 RS. BUT WAS CHARGED 95 RS. ALSO THREATENED TO HIT ME IF I COMPLAIN OR ACT SMART.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER VERY URGENTLY ...

on 27/5/2009 I took a richshow (MH04BB3924)from Infront of Gurunanak Society Thane East to Hari Om Nagar, actual fare is Rs. 10, but when I got down at Hari Om Nagar Mr. Dinesh Bhoir (Richshow Driver) told me to give Rs. 13,
When I questioned him, he told that meter is showing that amount, I informed him that it seems your meter is faulty (meter no 59809), but he refused with arrogance, When I told him that what you are doing is wrong, he replied in Marathi "Kitne aye or gaye mala kahi farak padat nahi" asked for his badge no., he told me that I forgot the same to carry and I won't give my badge no ( I am sure that he is driving richshow without badge and even I don't think he is carring proper liesence.

Pl. do someting to stop this nonsence richshow-wala's of such types

Auto Rikshaw Driver of DL 1RG 2444 took out a rod and hit me with it after i suggested him to drive properly, actually it happened near Moti bagh CNG station where this person took a sudden left turn and almost collided with me, i suggested him to drive properly for which he abused me and then called other auto drivers around, they all held me after which this person brought a rod and hit me on my arms and back. I lodged a complaint at The PCR standing on moti bagh signal immediately but i fear anything is done. Pl take some action against this person to make out Delhi safer place to live. Pl in form me whatever is done, ill revert back.
