Autorickshaw — Refusing to play and driving off when confronted

My fiancée was on her way for an important exam and hailed a rickshaw to go from Vile Parle West to Vile Parle East. The Rickshaw driver refused to go. However, when my fiancée and her sister sat in the rickshaw, insisting that he take them to the exam centre, the rickshaw very curtly asked them to get out of the rickshaw. Not wanting to waste time prior to her exam, my fiancée stepped out of the rickshaw but before her sister could do the same, the rickshaw started driving off forcing my fiancée’s sister to jump out of the moving rickshaw; the rickshaw did not bother to stop. The number of the rickshaw is MH 03 M 7567.

This is not the first time that such a situation has arisen and strict action should be taken against such rickshaws. I look forward to prompt action against the driver.
