According to Employment Act, All companies have to give the salary to their employees on or before 7th of every month. But, Avion Systems Pvt Ltd. so called Multi National Company, has a habit of giving the salary whenever they feel like. To add more, The salary Credit date is fixed on 10th of every month. Even the company is unable to keep up their practice of paying the salary on 10th.
HR Manager should be the bridge between Employees and Company. The HR manager simply nods the head to all the commands given by its MD. HR Manager doesnt care about the Employees. The company unnecessarily holds the salary for the employees. The HR manager says," the company abides the rules and policies of all ACTS".This statement is totally false. They cannot expect the employees to work without the payment of salary as all have big commitments.
I would request the Grievance team of Company Act to make an audit and resolve the issue. If anybody knows the procedure on how to take this issue to the Government, kindly post the procedure. I would appreciate that. Was this information helpful? |
