Hi,

I'm Asutosh Srivastava and worked with Avion Systems Pvt Ltd as Project Manager at Lucknow. I was relieved from company on 12 June 2008 and i had completed all resignation formalities as per process, now need to transfer my PF to my existing UAN and not able to transfer as previous UAN number is not communicated to me.

I tried to call on available numbers but it seems that landline number has been changed and is not updated on internet. Request to arrange call back on undersigned number to initiate PF transfer.

I am trying to reach the company and pf office in kandivali (Maharashtra) to get my pf and uan number from the company, but unable to reach out to company and pf office phone number always stays busy/faulty (Trying to call for last 3 days). Could you please assist further to get all the information.

According to Employment Act, All companies have to give the salary to their employees on or before 7th of every month. But, Avion Systems Pvt Ltd. so called Multi National Company, has a habit of giving the salary whenever they feel like. To add more, The salary Credit date is fixed on 10th of every month. Even the company is unable to keep up their practice of paying the salary on 10th.

HR Manager should be the bridge between Employees and Company. The HR manager simply nods the head to all the commands given by its MD. HR Manager doesnt care about the Employees. The company unnecessarily holds the salary for the employees. The HR manager says," the company abides the rules and policies of all ACTS".This statement is totally false. They cannot expect the employees to work without the payment of salary as all have big commitments.

I would request the Grievance team of Company Act to make an audit and resolve the issue. If anybody knows the procedure on how to take this issue to the Government, kindly post the procedure. I would appreciate that.

provide my experience certificate for one year in ur company ,plz sir plz do the needfull . Team also plz provide my december month salary,.
