[Resolved] Ayurvedaforall.in — Pure cheating | |
This is regarding my order 2396 placed on 3rd April. As you can see in the attached screenshot of the order confirmation mail Triphala Ghrita is priced at 200/- and Triphala Powder at 120/- with shipping charges 0/-. I placed this order for only Dabur make products but today I received the order with Triphala Ghrita of some different local make with printed MRP 105/- and Triphala powder of Dabur make but with MRP is just 40/-. I have been charged 320/- where as the combined cost of the products is 145/-. When I tried to contact customer care on chat(as nobody was picking the phone number given on wwbsite). I have been told to send mail to [protected]@ayurvedaforall.com which I have already done but no satisfactory answer was given to me. You are sending local products instead of branded/Dabur products which are displayed on your wwbsite at the time of order and also charging more than 2 times of the MRP. Ayurvedaforall has issued the refund to this customer without any further questions and we adhere to high professional ethics. You can google about us and will not found more than 5 complaints around the globe and in last ten years, we have got chance to serve 25K beautiful people. Thanks to all for supporting us.

At the very onset our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Our prices shown are inclusive of Shipping, packing, handling charges on top of MRP. So the prices shown are not MRP. We have despatched Triphala Ghrit from Vaidyaratnam Oushadhasala, who are hailing from Ashtavaidya tradition of 5000 years. They are equally good as Dabur. We have replaced it because, Triphala Ghrit from Dabur is coming in glass bottles and also they were not in the stock. If the brand change is not acceptable for you, we are ready to issue the full refund of Rs 200 collected from you. We have shipped it quickly as the waiting period of this medicines will hurt the patient as these are indicated to Eye disorders.
Triphala churna with MRP of Rs 40/ has shipping and packing charges of Rs 80, which is inclusive in the top of MRP and its clearly stated in the website and its repeated before your payment confirmation through a pop- up. The payment is processed only after checking it.
