[Resolved] B.R.Gas Service, Chandanagar — Not picking up phone calls for gas booking | |
I have calling on the nos. 23033444, 23034222 of B.R. Gas Service for Indane located at 5-50, Chandanagar, Hyderabad - 500 050.But no one picks up the call and all the time the no is busy... I think they employees have hung up the phone so that the nos are always busy continuously. We have been facing a lot of problem with this gas agency as this is a regular problem with them whenever gas booking is needed. I will request the Indane gas management higher authorities to please look into the matter and avoid inconvience to gas users in this area. Was this information helpful? | |

I totally agree with the comment made. It is really a waste of time. We cannot keep on calling them. It is not like a facility to book the cylinder on phone but a torture. Even if they pick up the phone by mistake they are always running out of stock. and they are not able to provide the cylinder in time and cook all cock and bull stories. Please take some action on this agency.

The same boing not picking up the phone at any time
I called 2 times and 3 time, they picked up.
Indane Gas - BR Gas agency — 2nd Cylinder
I am having gas connection since 2004 with BR Gas Agency located in Lingampally/Chandanagar. They are not accepting my application for 2nd cylinder. Please suggest me.Thanks

Yes. I agree with the compliant and also agree that these people are selling gas in black and they are not accepting application for 2nd cylinder though I have received my 2st one in 2004.
I made booking 15 days back. That time they said it will come in 8-10 days. However, when I didnt receive the gas even after 15 days I called them up to check. I got a ridiculous answer that my booking is cancelled and it will take another 10 days for re booking. Not sure if "GOD" called them to cancel my booking. This is absolutely rubbish on part of a "Star" distributor of Indane. Not sure if Indane is looking into all these complaints.
yes i do face the same problem, when remaining gas like hp and bharat are supplying gas with in one week, these guys are taking three weeks.among indane gas distributors also, srisaila gas agency waiting list is one week, where as br waiting list is three weeks.please look into this and solve the publics problems.

This is true even today in Oct 2010, it takes more than an hour to get connected to this branch. Often the phone rings but nobody picks it up.

br gas agency — refused to supply
the indian gas dealer is demanding for 375 /= for supply of cylinder, where as actual is 442. we gave complaint to the head of the agency on our colony association letter pad, now he asked the public to transfer their gas from here to bhel because it comes under medak. there is more than 400connections.We came to know that his vat no is belongs to medak districtonly . what action we can take against him. i have same issue with BR gas, but is there any action being taken against them, how do we know.
One of my gas cylinders has leakage problem and I called them immediately. Service person has come after 2 hours and charged 30/- for replacing washer inside the gas cylinder, infact they have to do it for free. Every thing there is bribe. When I first went and ask for extra cylinder they told me to wait for six months and the service person who sits next to the shop tells if we pay extra 1500/- for cylinder he was ready to give. Some kind of serious attension is required from higher authorities or else it will go endless.
Its really horrible... I am trying for last 10-15 days... its same story, Its really pathetic that no one is looking into these complains.
Gas for home requirement is an essential commodity now. Without gas a common housewife can not start her day. B R Gas Service, Chandanagar, a gas supplier to home needs, is not supposed to be so irresponsible Being a Govt lead agency, . At the time of booking gas they say 5-6 days for delivery. Even after 14 days I still have to wait for my luck to favor me. Please tell me how to react? whom to complain and what to do?

We are trying to book the Gas for the past 15 days but we are unable to connect. Some times the phone is ringing but no one is lifting. I think for booking Gas we need to put leave for half day and book it personally.

For a new connection they charged Rs 4000, but the bill is only Rs 1500, Too much corruption.
Now it has been 16 days my booking is not coming yet. I come there every day, they always said tomorrow.

This Gas agency number always busy and engage.people responce also bad always telling lies.
3months back they told tatkal Gas schem they charged Rs.5000/-for single cylinder same time for 2nd cylinder they asked extra Rs.1500/- that time we dont have enough money.
Now i am asking 2nd cyliender they are telling lot of stories...
No won taking any action on this agency...
How to get 2nd cycliender ASAP.
