I have a cell one mobile no. [protected]. However despite my repeated complaint to the customer care Gwalior and on customer care. My caller tune service are being charged for last the 03 month while i have never consented for this. I have sent messages on 56700 for deactivate of this service on 20th Aug 2010 but amount dedcted on 28th aug 2010 again Rs. 40/- and Rs. 10 dected on 14.09.10 for Humshakal I never acitivated this service .

I AA Khanzada mobile[protected] employee RRVUNL. and having normal BSNL VPN connection but a amount 30Rs/months is deducting bu BSNL every month against chat masaging service which was not availed by user. hence may please disconnect service.

I am a user of BSNL mobile and i totally distrub from uneccessary balance dedution without any use of any service provide by BSNL . This totally bad thing and i suffer many problem from this issue .

i had detected a balence for rs.45 with no reason.

I cancelled the landline no [protected]on 15th November, 2016 and the instrument was surrendered. Till now, even after 6months BSNL has not given the refund of deposit. The accounts phone numbers are ringing but nobody is taking the call..K.G.MAHARABUSHANAM-[protected]
