This is one of the worlds most worst hosting company. Control panel doesn't opens, if opens then links doesn't works & through errors on your screen when you click on them. If you call they say its server issue. server may down any time and you loose all your important data's and face horrible situations. if any one don't want to sleep they can take hosting with this company or if you want to take revenge with anyone you can suggest this company.

1. We donot have any billing ac with name of person as "Happyman" or "Donial" as per our records.
2. The comment of Happyman & Donial are not based on any facts or information if the comments making person is legitimate customer of B4UIndia.com then we do request the customer to contact us with proper support ticket number and query in details we will be more than happy to assist him/her.
3. All of the support tickets are timely replied and we donot have any pending support ticket request with us till date of how the person trying to explain.
4. Happyman please let us know the server ip which control panel never worked for you as you trying to explain and is having all time error message over there and ticket number which was not resolved. In case its not a fake comment placed by you since there is no information mentioned of the same.
5. Donial - already your 3 fake, abusive and baseless complaints removed by https://www.consumercomplaints.in if you donot stop such abusive and fake reviews or complaints serious legal action will be taken against you and you will be fully responsible for any damages or abusive statements you have used in your previous statements. Saying since we never have had a billing ac with customer name as Donial in our records as well.

As you agreed in past support ticket that "Sorry for that i m out of station so that i haven't used internet since last week. But otherwise this problem is allready resolve earlier this mail."

The issue was of a malware attack which was on the website since the FTP computer used for ftp uploads at client end was infected of malwares at client side and there was no role of web server in the issue concern. When we locked the FTP ac and removed the infections it worked and issue was resolved already and client donot have the complaint reoccurred as per our records.
The thing we need to understand is this that if there is any technical issue then have to be resolved out technically only. We do always welcome for any technical assistance required to our customers related top our services for which you can feel free to contact us anytime by email. However you shall also know that anytime you have any technical issue then always its because of any issue in web server its not always right since you are also using a computer and it may be also infected as was in this complaint case.

I agree to your comment. B4uindia admin/ support sites are never available. You will try for hours but finally get a message like "site not accessible".
Now people can read your above letter and understand your cheating. If you provide a good service nobody will complain and you will not need to request people to remove their complaints.
What you have written about email support, Let people be aware that you never accept requests through email. You want to enter through customer support interface- which is not accessible more than 3-4 days in a month. Even if a support is requested, the person will get the same 3 replies – 1st day. you support ticket accepted - number xxx, 2nd day. for any support please go to url xxx, 3rd day. your ticket is closed. What a support !!
You have no technical skills, nor anybody has rated you high other than yourself.
