B4uindia.com — Frequently troubling and resetting control panel password for every request

I am a troubled customer of bu4india.com since 3 years. I have been paying them both for my domain and for the hosting server. Unfortunately their dealing and service has always been extremely frustrating and deterring

Last time in 2009, when I asked them to change my email, they troubled me for two months.

This August when I changed my BSNL broadband I had to change my BSNL email address. I thought I should do it well in advance. I changed my email address in their control panel. But strangely, they reversed it back on the next day and Informed me that I should contact them for any such changes.

From my registered email id, I requested them to change my email in Aug 22. But they reset my password instead. I requested them several times for 25 days. In response, every time they reset my control panel password - that to more than 10 times.

When I telephoned them they told me that they cannot accept any verbal request. Told me to login and inform them through their control panel. When I informed through their control panel, they reset my password. This went on for 25 days till I lost access from my old BSNL email id and had to write from my new email id. Now they told me that they didn't recognize this new email. Asked me to send them my identity proof through registered post.

I decided to shift my site to other server instead of spoiling my time with those people. When I changed the DNS servers in their domain control panel, it just showed but didn't work. Even today, I can show you that the control panel just displays the new DNS servers I have entered but internally the domain points to their own server. Hail to those people who just suck money and enjoy troubling others in the name of service. I have not used any service from them although I have paid for the full year.

You have tried all the ways possible to mis-represent the facts here is the summary of your baseless claims as follows:
1. Your payments are already refunded.
2. Domain control panel access is already with you.
3. Password was changed as per your request we have already send you copy of message on which reply the password was reset.
4. You shown no interest to talk or to send email to clear any misunderstanding if any...
5. You were having full access to domain name control panel provided by the domain name registrar itself from first date do qualify you to do the name server / dns update or even transfer out the domain name.
6. Email ids cannot be changed / updated without following the required procedure it is becuase of past bad experience o[censored]s, thus cannot be changed on phone as well.

You shown no interest to communicate perhaps have took everything in negative way, we never deny you to provide service and support and the fact still remains the same.
