[Resolved]  Karrox Technologies — Bad services

I had enrolled for the CCNA and CCNP course with Karrox technologies in March. Before paying the fees of rs 37000, i was told i would get a regular batch. Since they couldn't arrange for a regular batch, i had to forcibly join the 5 day boot camp. The teaching was not good at all (not mentioning the technical aspects) and the lecturer could hardly speak English while teaching.

Once the CCNA course was over i had to join the CCNP batch. Since five months Karrox have been giving out false complaints that they would start the batch at the earliest. When i approached them and spoke to the CEO, he said my batch would commence from next Sunday. To commit their service, they arranged for a lecturer who couldn't speak English at all and was hesitating on the phone. I just asked him a simple question, "What are the job prospects after completing the CCNP course from Karrox. All he said was "Sir...Sir... Mr. XYZ said you only student for batch and i teach you CCNP".

Now i am demanding for a refund of rs 25000 for bad and delayed services. Two other international students faced the faced and one of them was my batch mate. The student said "I didn't expect this at all from Karrox". i ask aspiring students to thinks not a 100, but a 1000 times before paying a huge sum. All i can say is that their services are very bad and i was cheated.
