I have availed loan from you as per above mentioned agreement no in last August 2008 and I have cleared the account for
which I have already received your Loan Completion Certificate. But, I surprised to note that my name is reflecting in CIBIL record
due to repayment pending against this agreement. Please note that there was an outstanding in this account due to certain
technical process failed at your end for which I have forwarded you my bank statement showing sufficient balance. After that all confusion were over and you have issued me the Loan Completion Certificate.
With this mail I request you to please clear my name from CIBIL record as I have already applied for some finance arrangement
with other bank.
