[Resolved] Bag It Today — Promised to refund the amount once the product is sent back | |||
Hi, I had a purchased an Reebook watch from Bag It Today when they had sent an promotional email. After receiving the product i was not all satisfied with the Reebook watch as the quality was very bad, it looked like a watch sold on footpath. I called up the customer care and checked for the product return policy with the address of where it had to be sent. I couriered the product back and sent an email of the courier receipt and the POD (Proof of delivery) receipt emailed to "[protected]@bagittoday". In the POD they have received the product and so clever they are that they havent sealed or signed on the received slip. Im continously following up with them regarding trough emails and calls from 22nd Sep 2011 yet they havent refunded the money. Now i dont have the product or neither my money is refunded. I really dont know who can help me out with this and refund my money, Im repenting a lot for buying a product from this fake company "Bag It Today". Amrutha Was this information helpful? | |||
