[Resolved]  Bag It Today — Fraud company, please don't make the IVR or advance payment

Bag it today.

I have given two orders to Bag it today, they insisted me to go for IVR payment, i said i am not keen but they given me assurity that your order will prcess immediately and we will deliver by 15th Feb'11

I was calling them from last 3-4 days, close to 15 times. but they have not even update my order in their system even i have made the payment 1 week back.

customer care response is pathetic, they don't give clear information and address of office and product information.
My orders are[protected]/[protected]
I am giving police complain Pinkesh jain and also higligting this issue in media that this is fradu company.
