Bag It Today — false commitment

The company bag it today has given me false commitment of free gifts on booking of holiday package from this company, later on they have denied to send me the free gifts, i had made payment through net banking, but all officials are not respond properly. I want that this type of company should be banned and all this type of activities should be banned in india.
