I have been mis-guided by Bag it Today (India Today Group company) for holiday voucher.

amount paid Rs. 7000

Compnay Name : Today retail network Pvt Ltd - DLI
Company Address : B-47 Indira Enclave Neb Sarai, New Delhi - 110068

Holiday voucher has been mis-sold to me by Diya [protected] and Mahesh [protected] who called me from company call center.

I have been trying to get in touch with both of them but they are not responding to my calls/mails.

I would like to cancel this booking and want refund of rs. 7000 paid to Bag it today.
