Dear Narendra,

As per our discussion about the reverse pick up. Please collect the parcel from Communication address because of wrong commitment and sold defective piece of Mobile Phone and there was no IMEI no, mention in invoice. I had purchased BlackBerry Storm, and 6 Piece of Diamond of Anaira's Jewellery. Which was offered by your tele sales executive Mr. Vikas.

He was telling me that there is a offer going on in Bangalore, in this offer, your name is short listed and you will get one lac cash price, if you purchase this product.

Please make complain against him, and i want to talk with senior Management.

I want to give you all product, and please refund my payment.


The diamonds, which you had send me is not certified by any lab. There is no certificate beside the pack.

He told me that diamonds are certified by lab, but in product there is no certificate also mobile is not working, battery is not original, also I have complain about your executive.
