This was my FIRST TEST transaction with the company & it FAILED MISERABLY. I placed an order for sunglasses worth 399 rs & paid via credit card. I tried to play safe as it was the first order with them . Than God i didn't order something big. Well the order was placed in the month of jan & till date despite numerous calls & fights over phone neither have i received my order nor my money refunded back. I am attaching the screenshots of my order. Every time i get across a new customer care executive & they have set repeatition of words to say to me. They cannot till date are able to track my order packet. Even had a word with their supervisor. She assured me that mam please trust us & give me a week chance I shall myself call you. After that no call from them , in fact i have called after that 3 times. Then once they said the money would be refunded & within 24 hrs i shall receive the amil wrt the same.This 24 hrs have not ended since May 9th.
I simply want them to be penalised for all my time wastage & all my phone calls & my amount i paid for the order.
