If it is so then why dont your company has told me this thing previously. I only want my ordered product and nothing else. Otherwise i will make a complain in consumer forum. I have used 250 points from my account and Rs 49/- from my credit card. So total Rs299/- what about my mental harrassment ?????????????/

I have purchased Riddhi ear rings on 11 Mar 2011 vide Billing ID [protected] by credit card pmt . After 56 days I have not got my order. Several times I talked/complained to customer care and they always told that your order will be dispached in 02-03 days.I am unable to understand whats going on.
