Recently i ordered a product(shoes & Sunglass) in Bagittoday.But the product was not delevired on time .When i contacted the customer care over phone n mail ,they said that the product was out-of-stock and would be delivered once stock arrives.But even after a month they never delivere or gave any excuse response also.Then i cancelled the product and asked for refund.they assured that the amount would be refunded but even after a month never refunded nor replied about their status still now.

4. THE VOUCHER INVOICE NO TRNPL/DLI/[protected]/385697 DATED 15DEC2011 WAS GENERATED AND SENT BY THE FOLLOWING ADDRESSEE :-

5. I CANCELLED MY ORDER BY MAILING THEM BY POST AND EMAIL BUT NO RESPONSE TILL DATE RECEIVED FROM THEM.

6. FURTHER I ALSO I APPLIED FOR REDEMPTION OF VOUCHER FOR MYSORE HOLIDAY IN THE MONTH OF DEC2012 VIDE MAILING VOUCHER THROUGH REGISTERED COURIER VIDE PROFESSIONAL EGP COURIERS VIDE BLR/MVM RECEIPT NO BLR[protected] DATED 05DEC2012 BUT AGAIN NO ACTION WAS TAKEN BY THEM TILL DATE.

7. NO REFUND OF MONEY WAS MADE BY THEM TILL DATE.

8. THE ABOVE COMPANY IS PLAYING FRAUD ONLINE BY LURING THE CUSTOMERS AND MAKING AWAY WITH THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.

9. MANY MANY CONSUMERS HAVE THIS PROBLEM.
