dear sir,
i booked a watch on[protected]. the billing id is[protected]. according to d details given the order should be dispatched within 3 weeks but its been more than 4 weeks and i still dont have any confirmation abt my order.
i mailed and even called to ur consumer assistance cell but the answers are neither satisfatory nor true.

plz inform me in how many dayz i will recieve my order.......i am not happy at all with your services.

well i am getting d same mail from ur side again and again whenever i mailed to ur company's id..., whenever i called on d given ph. no your representatives throw false conformations and behave like they r rookie and dont know abt the proceedings.
this was my first shopping experience with bagittoday and i am sorry to say i am really disappointed.
i called today again and ur representative is saying that the product is out of stock and he cant tell me exactly in how many days i will recieve my order.
he told me that i could even take month to deliver it.
