BagItToday — Non delivery even after 6 months of payment

I wonder how many months they will take for refunding my money...What about interest, damages and mental agony charges?

Refund is in progress even after 6 months, shocking. Why should govt. not ban this site.

BagItToday — Non delivery of items after a month

I have ordered a Converse cool kit from Bag IT Today on 5th March 2011 and till date they are not delivered. Billing Id: [protected]

I have called twice and each time they mentioned that I will get a call back with details. When I called today, Sangeetha (agent) told me that my payment is processed and received but order is punched into the system !!! She asked me to wait for 10-15 days more for the order to be delivered.

I think this is a BIG CHEATING MAFIA in the name of INDIA TODAY (I had a very esteemed view of IT) but now it is changed.I can see many customers like me getting cheated on this Website.

I am still waiting for an update on this order. It is been 10 days I got this response but no update on delivery.

I have received the part order !!! T-Shirts are missing in the box, why is your service so pathetic?

You rep Praveen Kumar told me to wait for another 15-20 days to get my T-Shrits. Can you do somethng to dispatch these immediatly?
