On oct 15th I have received a call from ([protected]) costumer service of bagittoday . Call about - previously you had purchase some item on our site, you are a winner of lucky cupan draw. You have win Dell laptop & Blackberry mobile phone worth Rs 80000/- , so you have must purchase 2 holidays package(order ID -[protected] , [protected] ) worth Rs 12000/ then we provide you your winner gift. Then I purchased 2 holiday package, but I not received any information about my winner gift, I have called to [protected] so many time, but not respond. I already communicate with him consumer care or mail , they say that you need to wait 2-3 days ,after 2-3 days i call but not receive or if received not properly talk Was this information helpful? | |||

Order details in terms of order value and related items customer’s mailing address and delivery window etc. In case a customer is not satisfied with any of the conditions he is free is get the cancellation of the order during the verification call itself.
We have investigated your complaint and found that your order is a thoroughly verified order during our verification process.

• As per current process the same was verified by our independent verification department on where every information related to the product was given including the freebies also.
• An automated e-mail was also dropped on your e-mail ID citing the current ongoing referral program important t&C’s current destination list(subject to change) & online form filling procedure.
We thus believe that we through our processes have communicated the correct order information and would have taken action if anything was disclosed during this process. Hence you unable to eligible for free gifts namely laptop and blackberry set and refund also against these both orders.
