Hi this Nuruddin from mumbai, am the husband of one of your customer named shabnam nuruddin for personal loan for 35000 and have already paid 12 months of installments. due to some natural consequences we were not able to pay the E.M.I. for june and july and we agree to pay with penalty as i was in the hospital still on bedrest and need some time.But the behaviour from one of your collectors have put my wife into mental pressure and she has suffered from a minor heart attack.now who is responsible for the ill behaviour from your end, the bad words and false language used by your representative has caused this she is still in the hospital.Now i want full justification and compensation from Baja Finance.I am giving you the complete details of the person who spoke with the office address, this is a final request to tell her to stop torturing my family we will pay your dues we are not denying from that. The name of the lady we spoke with is Riya from your lower parel branch her phone[protected] from where she calls.I am awaiting a writting apology and a apology call from a senior within 24 hrs with the compensation or i will send one copy of this complaint to the R.B.I. Grevience department also

I have purchased a digital camera financed by Bajaj Auto Finance Limited through ECS payment. MY PROP NO. 4100CD00001612.
I have been communicated that there was some problem with the ECS clearance for the month of April'09. So I have been requested to make the payment by cash (though i paid by cheque no- HDFC - 120315, Rs. 1250). They promised me that it won't be repeated from the next month.
But again I was forced by your employees to make the payment for the month of May'09 also.(I paid by cheque no- HDFC - 120317, Rs. 1250)
Today again I have received a phone call from your Kolkata office who ordered me to visit your office with my cheque book to make the payment for the month of June'09.
I am really shocked with his behaviour. I am just confused whether taking help from a financial inst. is a sin or not. I am extremely sorry to say that I have never expected this kind of ill, manner less harassment from Bajaj Finance.
