[Resolved]  Bajaj Finance Ltd — Not Refunding money taken by ECS

I have taken durable loan from Bajaj Finance Ltd. on August 08 loan no.[protected] for the period of 10 Months & the installment will be start from Sep.08 every month on 10th & debit by ECS from my A/c. So after the 10 months complete again on 11 month i have received the Message on my mobile on Dated 06/07/09 that the ECS is coming on 10th pls arrange the funds. So i called to Bajaj customer care & had a word with Mr. Ravichandran.K on 7/07/09 he told we can't stop the same because the instructions already given to our bank so he told you clear the same & after that you send me mail regd. the issue & send me scaned Bank Statement, Loan Teram Sheet, & Purchase invoice & we will refund you the full amount.
So i have already send all the required papers by mail on 08/07/09 & after that daily i m sending reminder to Mr. Ravichandran but still they have not refund the money. Also i ask to Mr. Ravichandran pls give your mobile no. so he told you call on Landline Nos. only but whenever we try this office no. nobody answer this phone & it's continue ringing.

bajajfinance limited — harresment

This is in reference to the godrej aircondition we have purchased from Dass aundh pune with your finance scheme in the name of Bipul Gupta.
the amount in the pdcs was entered by your finance person which had a discrepency in the words and numbers hence the cheques bounced were collected form my recidence in pimple saudagar.
the collection agency i.e. the Yash collection agency person Ms. Varsha did not infrom my wife that she needs to pay cash . and the collection person when reached home and demanded cash . my wife did not have cash and suggested to give cheque for which Ms, varsha abused my wife and said that she will get the product picked up by her people by force.
and even the collection man misbehaved with my wife. and kept demanding cash and ms. varsha and he kept saying that it is 30th and they have a target so my wife has to give cash.
the agency person keep calling my wife a week prior to sending the person that he will come today and the person does not come at the decided time by them and she then shouts and screams at my wife for not giving the money.
this whole incident has been very traumatising for my wife .
we do not expect this kind of behaviour from and esteemed company like yours.
kindly look in to the matter and take action.

Bajaj Finance Ltd. — Deficiency in service - harassment

I had a loan with American express, which was transferred by them to SCB, who in turn transferred the same to Bajaj Finance in July 2009. Ever since Bajaj Finance collection agents have been calling my residence and bothering my family for loan EMI payments. This loan has never been in arrears for all these years. Now taht they have not completed their paperwork, they are not collecting the ECS from Citibank, they want me to pay by cash or cheque. One month I even paid, on an assurance from them that hey will fix up their paperwork and not bother me again. But again this month they called my family and I decided that I have had enough and told them that they can send a quote for full closure of the loan and I will pay the same. One Associate manager at Bajaj called me and sent me a quote which was just not anywhere close to the outstanding amount. On confronting him, he stopped accepting my calls.
I have been asking Bajaj finance to close the account and now there is no response from them. Still harassing me for payments when ECS mandate exists and my account on which the ECS is issues is in perfectly good standing.
Just requesting Bajaj to be reasonable and allow me to close the account, since they do not know how to deal with regular paying customers.
