[Resolved]  Baljit Singh — Double Entry in 26 AS 2008-09 F.Y.

I,Baljit Singh my PAN No.is ADTPS3524M wished to inform you that there is double entry in 26AS after revised return filled by M/S Omaxe Powers Ltd.,New Delhi whose TAN No.-DELO03161E and PAN No.-AAACO9667L.
Qtr 1 of 2008-09 TDS return filed and revised for 1 entry of Challan No.14256 Dated-07/07/2008 for Rs.67980/- with Bank BSR code no.[protected] only one entry but as per 26 AS of Baljit Singh PAN no.-ADTPS3524M shown two times.
Further to inform you that the TDS return revised By Omaxe Powers Pvt.Ltd. Due to Deductee PAN No. that is AAOPB0266D related to Bawa Kiranjit Singh only one entry related to Challan No. 14256.The copy of Form no.16 of Bawa Kiranjit Singh and copy of 26 As of PAN no.-ADTPS3524N is being attached here with it.
Please correct my 26 AS and revised the same at your earliest as possible.As i have no relation with Omaxe Pvt. Ltd.and not any income received by me.(Baljit Singh-ADTPS3524M)
