banjara gas service — black marketing of gas

Dear sir
I Rama krishna customer of Banjara gas service since 3 years.
since 2 years Iam facing very very problem with this banjara people.the phones not working properly,nobody give good responce,And one more thing never get a reffile within 10days,If we pay 200/-extra we will get cylinder immediatly .what is this,the delivery boys saying that "its a mandatory for every delivery boy should sale 10cylinders in black market, orderd by his owner Mr Pasha."so 100 cyli per day means how much cylinders this people pushing in commercial.Not only me many people are facing same problem,for new connection also they are charging more than 5000/-,its true ,if you need a connection immediatly they will give on any name, even on our CM Rajashekhar reddy .So kindly check the records of this company and give good service to the people.Take action on Banjara gas service, give reply immediatly.

Even I feel the same, The number provided by them for Gas booking are changing all the time. Earlier this was 23733998, 23754786 . I called on this number for 1 week and then visited their office. I came to know about this number change.Is there any way to keep the customer updated.

The New numbers i got from them in last visit[protected],[protected] . It use to be busy most of the time and even if it rings once in 100 try there is no response.

I took this connection in July 2006, they gave me 1 cylinder , I applied for 2nd cylinder in Nov 2006, but have not got one.

Whenever i ask them about the new cylinder their response is very poor.

Refile takes more than 10 days, Phone does not work and 2nd cylinder is not being alloted ,I don't know how to handle this.

Action should be taken against banjara Gas .
I too agree about this gas agency. They are changing phone numbers regularly to avoide calls from customers and to sale cylinders in blank market.

We need to take some action on them.

krishna Marketing — Bad service

On Saturday[protected] the above consignment is said to be delivery by evening and still today[protected]/4.35pm) the consignment is not delivered. also the delivery office no.32010633 is switch off. reply us which particular number can i call and get the true information for my consignment further. No proper service
It's 200% true. Banjara Gas Agency is the worst Gas Agency I have ever seen among all the agencies that I came across across AndhraPradesh. The phone numbers won't work at all. Even by luck, if we get the number working, they may not lift the phone. It's like, you need to repeat all the 100 trials again. The response is also very bad. They are ultimately / extremely corrupted. They end the cylinder only after 10+ days, as usual. And again, they refuse to take a booking before 21 days (despite the extreme delay on their side)

I guess that the agency has the backing of a famour personality / political leader because of which the Government is hesitating to take an action. Otherwise, there would have been some response for all the complaints that are being made against Banjara Gas Agency for the last 3 - 4 years.
