Dear Sir/Madam, I have ordered a book from JS INSTITUTE of Banking and Finance bangalore.The book is of prme importance to me. They have send the book on 18th Mar 2010 as per the email of the DEAN by registered post no B_0106. But till date it is impossible for me to trace the book as I could not gather any information by visiting the Bamunimaidan Post Office where the book is supposed to come. I am attaching the email send to me by the DEAN as it is.. Your early response will be of great help for me. i have already deposited rs 900 (450*2) in current a/c of js institiute, nd forwarded mail many times on publication mail id.but due to dns error mail not delievered to js institute.therefore i had forwarded mail to all email ids once again and also on js institute site, but till date i haven't received magazines or regitered post no from js institute.sir terat the matter most urgently as our exams are cuming soon in june .otherwise please return amount in my a/c [protected].txn date is 6/02/2012 and amount is 450 *2 for twompersons.
