Barclay Credit Card — Harrsing the customer | |
HI, I have a Barclay credit card, in may I received a call from Barclay people saying that they are going activate priority circle to my card. I asked them weather it is going to be charged they said no and I asked them to activate the service. when I saw the bill they have charged me 5000 plus taxes next movement I called customer care they said we are not the concern department (then why did they put the customer care to screw the public) they have given another number when I called there they simply lifted the call and hanged up, it went nearly 5-6 times, again I called customer care they have given Chennai number same thing happened again I called the customer care this time they have given Mumbai number same thing happened, like I called all the major cities India I got fed up again called Customer care explain the situation then they have taken the complaint . But till now they have not resolved my problem and they calling me to pay the bill this is ridiculous… The worst service they have…… Regards, Isaac Was this information helpful? | |

I had applied Barclay Card & received also. After that I had purchased household item and made that pymt to put in EMI. Now my problem is Iam not receiving any bills till now.I havent received even a single bill, but I had called to Customer Care and Informed the complaint but they said thay will raise Complaint regarding this and send thru mail and within 1week they will send the hard copy. But I havent receive. So kindly take this issue as your problem and solve my problem.

Cheating and Fraud by Barclays Bank.

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I am the Credit Card Holder of Barclay Bank, they have not sent the statement for last 01 year inspite of several request only because of raise the late payment fees, service charges etc. That’s why the amount will be high . But suddenly they have hired a Goonda named as Mr. Walia from Delhi and asking for full amount immediately . How can I make the payment immediately? and threatening and torturing me over mobile Phone and land line phone. Not only that He has told me that I will kill your family. What is this ???. Bank cannot do this legally this type of harassment. My purchase amount most probably for Rs.8000/- to 9000/- approximately. He is disturbing my Employer also., that will effect in my service. I am a very middleclass family. I am agree to pay the minimum amount due in monthly basis. I am asking for statement But he is denied to give me the statement .Continuously he is telling me to make the payment otherwise they will attack me with their team. Please help me from Goonda of barclay bank. Only because of raising late payment fees and service charges and to raise the higher bill, the they have made this type of incident. I am 100% agree to pay the minimum amount due against my total outstanding. Gradually I will pay the amount to Bank., but not at a time. Please avoid Goonda which has veen hired by Barclay bank that is completely illegal.
