I have registered a complaint about the late payment charges on my a.c with barclays and i was advised that somebody from Barclay's will call and keep me updated about my complaint .. no one called back and informed me and when i called back again i was advised that the complaints has been declined and reversal cannot be done no one called to informed this now my concern is if the request was declined why no one from barclays called me when i was advised someone from barclays will ring back.. and now i have been charged again late payment charges as it was not sorted out in the 1st place ... and now i am getting threatening calls and MSG from the bank advising about the payment which is in dispute can some one help me out Was this information helpful? |
