[Resolved]  Barclays Credit Card — Credit card upgrade and promised to give Flights tickets But the Promo code are not working form 3 Months

My Braclays credit was upgraded for Rs 5000 form Gold to Paltinum, and they offer that they will provide the Promo code to book the Fligths tickets, From the day 1 the Promo codes are working and i have done multiple compalints to Barclays customer they always say that it will be taken care and i will get SMS.
after some days if you are statisfed Say Yes or NO, I always replied with No. But None of pepole has called me to resolve the problem.
