[Resolved]  Barclays Credit Card — Barclays bank is not sending me my credit card statement

I am using this Barclay Credit card for the past few months. I had used their credit facility and till date (04/11/2008) i have received a single copy of my credit card statement. Each time i calle their call centre they would rub their nose on the earth and apologise. I havent seen shameless people like barclay customer care executives who doesnt care to keep their promises and apologize without shame. They keep telling me that they have delivered the card statement to my office address by Vector courriers but i havent received the same till date. I dont understand then to which address they delivered it. Courriers are delivered only to the person to whom it is addressed. As some one has mentioned in here, it is very much true that the people who called to market the card does not even speak fluent english. I am fed up making numerous calls to get my credit card statement. If they are delivering my statements to wrong hands, it could land me in trouble in the future. If the bank can charge you for late payment, why cant the customer not have the liberty "not to pay on time" due to the bank's fault???? The customer care executives sitting at the call centres are good for nothing people who have no shame in telling lies and apologising without dignity. The service sucks big time. If you want to get a small piece of information from them, you have to give them all kind of details like the time of your birth, your mother's name, your address, what food you ate last, did u take a bath today...blah blah blah...Calling the customer care is a nightmare, its cumbersome it is a torture. If you ask the bank to give any detail regarding your complaint their answer would be "sorry sir i cant disclose that. our bank policy does not let me disclose it" That is the kind of service they do. I wanted to get contact details of the person who is directly responsible for credit cards department and the executive was not willing. Then i had to tell him that what is the next step in my mind. I told him that i am going to take legal action if you dont give it and he gave me the address details of Mr. Kushal Roy who heads credit card department at their Mumbai Office in Worli. Now i have to get this guy's Phone number or direct email address. If that also does not work i am planning to move legally. Wish me all the best people.

Barclays Group on two occasions never sent me a bill and then charged me a late fee and interest. Just cancelled the LL Bean card and all others with Barclays. They claim they sent a bill.
Beware of dealing with these people. They are making a lot of money off late fees!
I called LL Bean and advised them that I would not be ordering from them again if they continue to use Barclay for their credit cards. Not that they care...
