To whom it may concern to Barclay credit card department .My card number is [protected] which is GOLD CARD provided by your bank .Problem is that from past 3 months I am telling your bank that i want to do settlement and every time your executive on telephone tell me to pay minimum amount due after that I will get a call from your bank regarding settlement and I am doing same but from past 3 months there is no call from your bank only they call a time of billing date for remiding to pay minimum amount due .What the hell is this and my problem does not stops here if executive collects amount on 4-th of month thenalso in my statement its shows interst amount, late fees inspite of that i always pay through cash .Morover I dont want to have bad realatioship with bank thats the reason from past 1yr I am paying atleast minimum amount due never miss a single month on that .But now I realize this bank is of no worth for consumer its just harrassment and making fool of customer .Now I want to do settlement with final amount of 25000/- which i will give through any day your bank decide(but before end of June-09) and I dont have more money to give to your bank earlair 3 months back i decided to dosettlement by giving Rs 42000/- but in 3months your bank has made me fool .Waiting for your immediate reply and action .

This is smaran i am barclays creditcard customer my credit limit is 30, 000(Thirty thousand rupees) and my credit card number is
[protected] due to some reasons i havent paid the amount initially so it had became 39000(Thirty nine thousand rupess)
when i started payment.from last 7 months i am paying regularly minimum amount due 1500-/ rs.but every thing is going for only intrest
so no it had became 51, 000(fifty one thousand rupees) so every month what ever i am paying is just going to intrest more over amount is incereasing like anything
so i requested for settlement to barclays bank saying that to convert all my amount
to installments by removing the intrest amount.and my mobile number is [protected] i am from chennai.i can't pay anything more than 30000 rs thirty thousand rupees thal to in instalments.settle this as early as possible.more over i got legal notice from barclays.which is not fair
its saying that i am not at all paying to you and you will take legal action against me
see intially i didnt pay but from last 7 months i am paying which is going every thing for intrest.i am not saying that i wont pay amount at all.but i am saying stop increasing the intrest and covert the exsisting amount to emis i will pay regularly.my mobile number is
