[Resolved]  Barclays Credit Card — barclaycard giving problem

i am using barclays credit card, i have done the transaction for 12000 Rs, when i asked Cust care to convert my transaction into EMI scheme, they told there is some problem in the record. After again aadn again calling to cust care they told me the trassaction amount could not be converted in to EMi as there is some techincal problemin the card. Then one day send one new card to me and by call they asked me to call to cust care when i receive the card. And executive informed me they are doing the balance transfer from old card to new card. Once i get the card i called cust care and informed them i have received he card.

Then they have done the balance transfer rom old card to new card. and charged around 600 Rs as a balance transfer.
They blocked my old card ( as it has problem). But when i asked why they charged balance transfer fee they told me i have requested for that. Now i am getting two bills for my card (one for old and one for new)
When ever i called to cust care they are telling they are investigation the issue.

I am not getting any proper response from bank.
And again when i called today, one of the executive is telling i have dropped the HDFC cheque for clear the out standing amount of my old card.

They are mail response is very bad. from more than 4 months i am contacting cust care, but the result is negetive.

Even i am using a Barclays credit card i also have some bad experience, as they reduced my credit limit without any reson even i always pays atleast Rs 500 extra towards my monthly bill..BARCLAYS SUCKS
One of the worst cust care is Barclays, I have a very bad exp wiith this card, , monthly payment I made thro chequedroped in skypake drop box, I received call cheque not received, and one day they send collecting agent and I paid cash, even after that I received so many calls and sms payment due card suspended like that and on the next month I received statment along with previous month due(which I already paid by cash, also on cheque for the same)with debit interest a, late payment charges.After repeted complaint that cash paid (Rs6000) credited to my a/c but not the collected interest and llate fee and all.Now I am not at all using Barclays card for single transaction
I think that is the only thing thatwe can do to such irresponcible cust care banks
