[Resolved] Barclays Credit Card — Credit bureau | |
Hello, I keep getting an sms saying avoid being "referred on the credit bureau" call[protected] incase of any dispute, I tried calling number of times but was not able to get anybody on the line except of the voice which says representative will be online but for many minutes there is no one who answers the call. I have an issue with your bank, I purchased some software to my office and didn't get the statement for 3 months, somebody kept calling me and they promise me that the statement will be with me the following day but nobody turned. It's only after 3 months, a person came to my office and gave me the statement and immediately I paid whatever was outstanding but I don't know why there is still outstanding. Can someone call me or mail me immediately about the next action. Everytime when I tell my problem to your representative, they give me a different number to get in touch and they refer to a another different number, my problem is not resolved. When you can make many calls for a person while marketing your card even though that person is not interested, can't you just make one call to your own customer who already has your card, speak to him and make him loyal. I am ready to use the card if you can reverse the outstanding amount or please let me know if this is not possible, we can decide the next action.
