I completely agree to this complaint as I and many like me have undergone various problems & harassments in spite of making payments.Key features of this card co. in poor co-ordination, unability to resolve complaints, poor TATs, lack of knowledge in customer care executive, rude & roothless behaviour of collection dept, no ablity to understand customers problems, unsatisfactory services, ability in speaking sorry with dignity.

Hi All,
I was compelled by the executive of Barclay Credit Card Issuence department to take a new card ([protected])at free of cost. At first I repeatedly denied it as I am having four life time free cards from other reputed banks. But the executive told me that this a special offer for me and they will be issuing Platinum Card at free of cost.They completed all the formalities on line telephonically.
But after one month I started getting statement for paying annual charge of more than Rs.5500/-. I have not used their card yet.
So wrote to the customer care centre as well spoken many times with the call centre people also to revert all charges and cancell my card immediately.
But they are not aggreging to satify my request and instead the collection people are disturbing me everyday. They are interested for the annual fees and not for the long relationship with the customer or the gain of the bank.
Rs.5500/- is not a great amount for me, nor it is a lost to the bank also. But some of the uneducated or unfit leads of the bank are not ready to compromise my request.
So I request the highest authority of the bank to look into the matter very seriously and train the persons at the lower level to keep good relation and work for the benifit of the customer as well for the reputation of the Bank also.
