[Resolved]  Barclays Finance / Personal Loan — Unnecessary ECS, Phone Calls and Due Notices

Dear Sir,
I (Gunturu Balaji Varma) have taken personal loan bearing loan account no LC[protected] in Barclays Finance on sep-2008. at the time of applying loan they told me that the interest is 16% p.a but it is 20.33% p.a as per agreement. after loan sanction they said that the tenure is 36 months but as per agreement it is 48months. " even i received my Loan Agreement and Loan Tenure Copy after 15 months with my repeated complaints and Phone call follow ups". then i asked for Discrepancy in interest rate and tenure. they just replied that you have signed on the agreement with acceptance for interest rate and tenure. if i receive my papers in time definitely i will cancel or preclose the loan immediately. why should i pay extra interest and EMI's.
i have paid the monthly EMI's consistantly for 18 months. but from april i am not paying the EMI's in time because of i have resigned for my job due to some health problems. but i am paying the EMI's with ECS return Charges on the same month itself.

1. in june 2010 i have paid the EMI of 3846/- and ECS charges of 579/- on[protected]. but again on 24th june 2010 they have presented ECS in my account.

2. in july 2010 i have paid the EMI of 3846/- on 9th july 2010. but again on 15th july they have presented the ECS in my account.

3. in sep 2010 i have paid the EMI of 3846/- and ECS charges of 579/- on 22nd sep 2010. but again on 24th sept2010 they have presented the ECS in my account and sent a notice to me on 24th sept 2010.
4. in oct 2010 ECS is cleared from my account on 4th oct2010. but i received arround 20 calls from Barclays Finance regarding payment. these ECS dates are not mentioned in Agreement copy. without any prior notices they are presenting ECS in my account. with this my acccount track is completely damaged.
Even i am not at all satisfied with customer care services, even customer care persons and vizag branch staff are unable to change my contact number in the system.
sir kindly do the needful on priority. unnecessarily i am paying an additional amount of 46152/- for extra 12 months tenure. if i need to submit any documents i will submit immediately. kindly advice and help me on priority in this regard.

personel Loan- Barclaysfinance — extra EMI

My loan account no is LC[protected] was availed by me in October 2008. with a EMI of Rs 2707/=
The EMI were collected by the company through ECS to my account with ICICI Bank.

The ECS for June ( 03.06.09) could not be honoured by by me due to personal reasons. Within 4 days the compnays ececutives started pressing me for the cash payment immediately. When I requested them to represent the ECS debit they replied that such practice is not with them.
On 10th of June an executive visited my house and collected the EMI along with penalty. So the account was regularised within a week. Bur to my dismay the compnay has again debited my account on 13 th of June thro ECS. I have sent e-mails to the company on 15th, 17th, 29th 30 th of June, 1st and 2nd of July to the finance company requesting them to repay the extraneously collected amount immediately or to adjust this towards EMI for July 2009 and not to create an ECS debit for July 2009.

The company is indifferent to my correspondence and they have debited my acoount again on 03.07.09 for July 2009 EMI.

My representations have gone waste.
