[Resolved]  BBC — Fraud mobile draw

Respected ICCF,
i received a message 10 May 2011 at 5:38 PM from [protected] stating that i had won 500,000 GBP in BBC MOBILE DRAW. The message was like this:
CONGRAT!YOUR MOBILE NUMBER HAS WON YOU 500,000GBP IN BBC MOBILE DRAW.TO CLAIM: SENT US YOUR NAME, NUMBER&ADDRESS VIA EMAIL: [protected]@gmail.com [protected].
This was exactly what the message said. I sent an email to d given email address giving them the details they asked for. On 16 may 2011 i received a call([protected] at 11:20 AM) from Mr. Wilson Tempo(not sure bout the last name). He was telling me that he was from BBC and had came all the way to deliver the stated amount to me. He also said that he was with the delhi international airport customs who had the money. He told me that in order to clear the money from the customs i needed to pay Rs.20,000.
Right now he has my name, my personal mobile number, my address of faridabad(haryana) and my address of shillong(meghalaya)(where i currently live). Is this a real moile draw or just another fraud?
