[Resolved]  BBMP Yelahanka — Non tfr of Khatha

Whether my complaint is pursued for I have applied afresh with all relevant papers on[protected] to BBMP Yelahanka and several trips to this office has not followed the files at all. Want to know whether the organisers of this site will take some action on the issue

Finally through Yelahanka janajagruthi vedike I came to know a B khatha is being issued to me. But what use from this B khatha. It doesnt reflect the betterment fee paid, issuable to every person, also called holder khatha issuable to anybody from whom tax is paid, doesnt confer ownership, no sale, transfer, mortgage or loan is admissible from B khatha. The person who got my DD forged is having A khatha. Since I have paid betterment fee before the cut off date viz[protected], I am eligible for an A khatha. I was told those whose cases is not entered in CMC registers will get a B khatha only. But my question to BBMP top brasses is, Is it our duty to get the entries done in CMC/BBMP registers? In other words those who do not bribe are not entered into the concerned registers and they have to satisfy with B khathas. Why dont the BBMP commissioner is bold enough to sack these unscrupulous employees who are paid from our tax money? The chief minister of karnataka also should see that such employees are dismissed out right and any dues eaten by them have to be recovered with penal interest from the employees concerned. A CC camera should be installed in all govt offices to bring these rogues to books.

Vide lr no BBMP/YV/ARO/PR16/2011-12 dtd[protected] an additional amount of Rs 15278 was paid by me vide IDBI Yelahanka DD no 002617 dtd[protected] and again a sum of Rs 1125- being 2% surcharge paid by DD on[protected]. The A khatha promised by ARO Yelahanka is still due. Meanwhile I have applied through email to the chief minister Karnataka for refund of my amount of Rs 15278- as the person who forged and used my DD in 2002 is fine with an A khatha at my cost whereas I have been fined and cheated for not having succumbed to bribe demand by the authorities. Though one month elapsed there is no response from the chief ministers side. This proves the state govt also supports corruption and bribery from its staff.
