beam suvidha starnet pvt ltd Last year in the month of November Both of the Territory& Area sales manager Approach me & explain about the Beam Distribution the Amount of distribution is 50,000 Totally Refundable & said That if i make franchise for each franchise beam will pay us a commission of Rs 1000 in Return i made nearly 35 franchisee & the total franchisee now in Hyderabad are more than 310 they never paid any commission to any distributor in addition to that selling a stock will fetch a profit @0.5% but beam have Never paid us OR ANY DISTRIBUTORS any commission Amount They continuing to postponing their commitment, they will pay us commission soon as soon they launch their company product officially in HYDERABAD beam never launched in Hyderabad NOR planned to launched in Hyderabad mean while 3 to 4 distribution resign for distributor ship in Hyderabad from then i am the only distributor who run it till now on the loss basis @ 7000 Rs per month from the date of handling distributorship just waiting for the commission . one the company staff VICE PRESIDENT Mr AJAY KUMAR visit to Hyderabad in December & and said that he will settle the pending commotion soon soon introduces to me with Regional sales manager even he promise the same but Not settle it till now when ever any appointed new staff talk or files any request to the company for the sake of our pending commission the company company will Remove that staff one can contacted the franchise or Distributor / the Ex staff thousands of such complaints are unsolved in short the company launched only to cheat or deceive people hundreds of franchises are now debt ridden from fake promises of this vp Ajay Kumar & their staff that beam provide same services as E Seva ( a product of govt of AP) just you need to own a computer with a phone and a cell phone hundreds of franchise took hand loan / to fill the dreams when i resign from my distribution they refund me only with 45000, remaining they charge for the instigation fee which they said me that they wont charge at the time of distribution in written letter form i request to Return my 5000 integration fee & franchisee company And to look of all franchisee made by me to do a business or return their franchisee cost or Stop this fraud business i request the president of beam , or the government to stop a open fraud of this beam the attached photo to this complaint clearly states that paid 50000 Rs is full Refundable and typed by the company or by staff in according to that the company should refund the 5000 thousand also i own well noted person in entire telecom industry on trusting on me the number of franchisee which was made by me are suffering lot of losses shah distributors Hyderabad Cell No [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

We are surprised to receive your mail after the closure & final settlement of your distributorship with Beam in August’11 . As you had already signed the full & final settlement letter, this mail seems to be written with some malicious intentions to try to damage the corporate image of Beam for others. The following are the details for your kind attention:
• Security Deposit – (As stated by you that the Security deposit was fully refundable) – As per our commercial policy for the distributors Rs. 45000/- is refundable and Rs. 5000/- is to be paid by the distributor as non refundable integration fee. Your account was settled as per the terms of our agreement. Your full & final settlement was also done only after the receipt of no dues certificate and request letter duly signed by you.
• Franchisee Commission – (as stated by you, for appointing one franchisee Rs. 1000/-would be paid) – as per our records you had appointed only one franchisee, hence there is no point for any further discussion in this matter (just for your kind information-to provide initial support to the distributors, we offer between Rs. 100/- to Rs. 200/- on appointment of minimum 10-15 franchisee in a month). There is no claim pending for the same as you never appointed more than 1 franchisee in any month.
• Margin on Sales – (as stated by you for distribution of Beam Instruments will fetch a profit/Margin @ 0.5%) - We agree with you but it is also shocking, as Beam always settle the distributor margin at the time of billing itself. The full & final settlement was done as there was no commission / margin which was unpaid to you. ( and the same was duly signed by you). If you check in your records the final pending commission of Rs. 632 was paid to you alongwith your final settlement .
You are requested/advised to refrain from these unlawful tactics which would be taken seriously by our organization and dealt strictly under the preview of law. As you are now not connected with Beam and your final settlement was done to your satisfaction, pl. continue doing your existing business to save the time for you and us in future.

Beam is cheating to its distributors, franchisee, they are not paying salary to their employee because of that not employee interested to give service to their channel partner.
We have distributorship in name of Nagjibhai desai. i am going to file legal case against this company. company has deducted More than rs 35000 balance as failed recharge and never reversed. I will also make parties to TRAI, DOT, RBI
